Plot: The story takes place in Philadelphia USA. A young abandoned child named Billy Batson searches for his mother. He ends up having some trouble so the authorties help him find a foster family. He finds out that he s been chosen by a wizzard named Shazam as his champion giving him his power by calling his name. He gets to know Freddy  and they help each other . Billy seems to enjoy his powers but there seems to be a problem: The evil Dr Sivana that got rejected for the position that Billy was chosen for, (position of the wizzard s champion). Dr Thadeus Sivana accepts instead the power of  7 Deadly Sins. Billy now has to protect his true family as well as the world from the powers  of the Deadly sins that Dr Sivana unleashes to the world.

Review:

David F Sandberg gets to create an amazing movie adaptation of comic book character named Shazam. The movie has a perfect analogy of comedy ,fantasy ,action without being only towards one thing. It has a begining a main part and possibly the open window for a sequel. I loved the evolution of Billy as well as the other characters . The two things that could be a bit better i think that would be firstly more info on the wizzard and more context in Dr Sivana. I think Dr Sivana  doesn' t have a superior motive he just wants to be worthy in the eyes of the wizzard or generally he seems to have something to prove. But if Dr Sivana is like Shazam then the lack of concrete philosophy of life may be better explained in his age.

Overall the movie is worth watching

However I think that there should be more work in character development as for the superior motives of heroes and antiheroes.
